Deliveries

Access to the Loading Dock is via Albion St for Tower A and via Mary St for Towers B & C. Height access limits for each is 3.2m.

Parking

The building car park is operated by CBRE Building Management who may be contacted on (02 9281 8600).

There are 433 car parking bays located on the basement & sub-basement across the 3 Towers. Access to the car parking levels is by way of the dedicated Lifts.

The car park operates between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, however those with permanent parking spaces have access 24/7 via an access card.

DIVVY Parking – Tower C, 300 Elizabeth Street, also has the DIVVY Parking Facility in operation. This facility offers some casual daily parking to the general public at discounted rates. All bookings and payments for this facility are done via the DIVVY App. Simply download the App, book and pay online.
